Duties & Responsibilities:
  1.  Contact businesses and individuals by telephone in order to promote company services and
    arrange meetings.
  2.  Able to explain the company services over the phone.
  3.  Maintain client details on the system.
  4.  Schedule appointments for Business Development team to meet prospective customers.
  5.  Conduct marketing strategy on all social media platforms.
  6.  Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction.
  7.  Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific clients.
  8.  Handle customer service.
  9.  Timely follow up and consistency with client.
  10.  Maintain professional relationship with potential and existing clients.
  11.  Research data base through online or any social media platform.
  12.  Able to meet assigned target.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1.  Preferably with relevant experience in Call Center (inbound & outbound) and service industry
  2.  At least with minimum 2 years of experience in UAE
  3.  Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies or promotions
  4.  Proficient in relevant computer and social media platform
  5.  Experienced in customer service
  6.  With expertise in sourcing data base
  7.  Confident, with positive attitude and negotiation skills
  8.  Self-motivated and initiative to achieve number of meetings on a daily basis
  9.  Able to speak English fluently.

    Candidates with spouse’s visa and have atleast 1 year work experiance will be given preference.
