A well-established Elevators and Escalators Industry Company is now hiring a proactive and resourceful Senior Financial Accountant who could independently manage the Finance-Accounting and Human Resource functions of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process and ensure success of the company
2. Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances
3. Attend to daily finance and accounting functions of the company
4. Monitoring and liaison for Accounts Payable and Receivables
5. Managing and Coordinating for Trade Finance for Bank Facility Utilization
6. Prepare and Submit VAT and other Statutory Compliances
7. Preparation of MIS Reports on Financial Parameters and other Balance Sheet Schedules
8. Prepare forecast and yearly budgets of the company and determine the financial advantages
9. Coordinating with External and Internal Auditors on planning and Finalization Phase of Audit
10. Develop internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for activities such as cash management, stock monitoring, inventory control and etc.

Human Resources:

1. Processing attendance and computing payroll and processing staff salaries through WPS
2. Managing overall human resources functions such as recruitment, staff leaves, air ticket bookings, work permit, visa applications and insurance renewals.
3. Complying Human Resources functions according to the MOHRE compliances
