Description:

  1. -Females only
  2. – Responsible for document filing & handling personal documents of the Directors.
  3. – Screen & Respond routine correspondence inquiries / emails
  4. – Schedule multiple appointments and handle calendars of the Company Directors.
  5. – Preparing agendas/ presentations, collect materials for meetings, and conferences, take minutes of meetings and records.
  6. – Responsible for travel bookings, Hotel Bookings, medical appointments, etc of the Directors.
  7. – Handle other tasks assigned by the Directors.
  8. – A Resourceful person with multitasking skills
  9. – Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  10. – Researching and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers
