    Objectives of this Role
  5. Support marketing director in delivery of effective marketing programs that achieve company and client objectives
  6. Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial and distribution, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support.
  7. Support the development and execution of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables as needed for maximum benefit
  8. Build skill sets and engage in ongoing education for the company

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions to
  2. execute marketing plans for internal and external projects
  3. Meet with clients to plan and implement various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation
  4. that align with overall company goals and sales targets
  5. Help gather, analyze and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and data
  6. Contribute to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media
  7. promotion, networking, trade shows, and events
  8. Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including press release distribution, awards, company
  9. announcements, and speaker proposals
  10. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  2. 2+ years experience with marketing, sales, or advertising
  3. Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions
  4. Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually
  5. Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree
  2. Professional certification—including PCM a plus
  3. Experience with content development and website design
  4. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  5. Knowledge of relevant markets and trends
