Responsibilities

Plan and implement all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Design, maintain and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and review against Goals (ROIs and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights, and improve costs and performance based on insights New brainstorming new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and improve the user experience

Use strong analytics capability to test end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Improve device conversion tips and user funnels

Partner with agencies and other vendors

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective on where appropriate
needs

Requirements

  • BS / MS Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience guiding and managing SEO / SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with the experience of identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform and inspire
  • Experience in improving landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A / B and various experiences
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, Net Insight, general, web trends)
  • Learn about ad serving tools
  • Experience with setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytics and data-driven thinking
  • The latest with the latest online marketing and measurement trends and best practices.
