  1. Bill the customer based on tariff, agreed rate or contract rate.
  2. Collecting all the information needed to calculate the billing
  3. Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings
  4. Checking the data input in the billing system to ensure accuracy of final bill
  5. Answer questions and handle complaints from customer regarding the billing
  6. Process credit or debit memos
  7. Maintain and update customer’s database.
  8. Prepare monthly or periodic reports
  9. Reconciliation of revenue
  10. Raising the sales invoice and send it to the customer via email


  1. Proven experience as a Billing Administrator or similar role
  2. Has knowledge about Air Waybill
  3. Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
  4. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel);
  5. Excellent communication ability
  6. Organizational and time-management skills
  7. Attention to detail
  8. Teamwork skills
  9. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  10. Experience in Air Cargo Services is preferred
