Description:

1. A female administrative assistant who has prior experience in real estate who is responsible for

 Preparation of Payment Schedules, Lease reservation, tenancy agreements ;ejari contracts and inspection reports.
 Coordinate with the receptionist/watchman for Clients viewing the properties.
 Follow up with the tenants on the renewal of tenancy Contract; prepare letters and notices, issue invoices and enter payments into the system, following up and entering all tenant issues in the system.
 Deal and communicate with brokers, property consultant etc. for renting our properties.
 Preparing a summary for the available, sold or booked units for rent, conduct general check-ups on the properties and submit inspection reports and cancellation/termination for our properties. Send updated regular reports to departments concerned;
 Assisting the Managers in coordinating with staff, Clients and tenants. Provide support to other departments when needed.
 Sending notices to tenants 4 months in advance and receipt of acknowledgement of renewal with rent increase /non renewal should be arranged in the file with copies of emails, letters and fedex receipts.
 Updating Rent statements for all projects on a regular basis.
 Arrange on regular basis the tenant’s file to ensure that required documents are all updated such as passport, visa, ID, Trade License, POA.
 Proficiency in writing and speaking Arabic is recommended .

2.Arabic speaking Sales and Marketing Executive

 Check ADS are live or not in all portals .
 Inform/Follow up with tenants for any marketing/ advertising initiatives fromthe company .
 Send proposals; negotiate with prospective clients as needed.
 Coordinate with the receptionist/watchman for Clients viewing the properties.
 Deal and communicate with brokers, property consultant etc. for renting or selling our properties and vice versa.Find out properties and rent them .
