Key responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and maintain bank transfer letters
  2. Ensure financial records are maintained
  3. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
  4. Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
  5. Prepare financial management reports
  6. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
  7. Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
  8. Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
  9. Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expense
  10. Evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
  11. ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data

Qualifications and Competencies:

Certified Public Accountant or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of taxation, audit, finance and accounting work experience
Fully versed with International Accounting Standards
Proficient in Microsoft office suite and accounting software
Able to analyze financial records, bank statements, contracts
Can prepare financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies and other ad hoc requirements
Keen on details and can work independently with less supervision on simultaneous engagements
Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and motivational skills
